Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional processing time.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Specialty or Oversized Items: 7–21 business days

  • Apparel or Custom Collection Items: may ship separately

Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment from different warehouse locations or partner suppliers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package dimensions

  • shipping destination

  • carrier rates

Occasionally, we may offer:

Dropshipping & Supplier Fulfillment

Many products offered through Paisley Pet Supply and The Paisley Pet are fulfilled through trusted partner suppliers and dropshipping warehouses. Because of this:

  • items may ship separately

  • delivery times may vary

  • packaging may differ between products

We carefully curate our collections and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an item is marked as:

  • Pre-Order — estimated shipping timelines will be listed on the product page

  • Backordered — we will notify you via email with updated timing information

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, items may ship separately.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier issues

  • weather conditions

  • supplier delays

  • holidays

  • high order volume

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Paisley Pet Supply/The Paisely Pet is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • lost packages due to customer entry errors

  • packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • your order number

  • photos of damage (if applicable)

  • any relevant shipping information

We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to help resolve the issue.
